Return & Exchange

• Returns requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date. You (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
• Clothing items must be unworn and with original tags and packaging.
• Exchanges- we do not accept exchanges, only returns
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Camacho Fashion Boutique’s part.
• All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry and sale items are final sale.
  
  Please follow these steps for returns/exchanges:
  1. Please submit your return request via [email protected]
  2. A return address will be provided to the customer and instructions to send product back as soon as possible for inspection.
  3. Please allow  5 – 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the return or exchange.
  4. If a refund was processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank. Shipping cannot be refunded.
